We are pleased to announce that on June 2, 2009 the acquisition of Highdeal by SAP AG was completed. We now begin our integration efforts with SAP.

As you know, we began ten years ago as a spin off from France Telecom with a vision to provide companies breakthrough technology to support unparalleled flexibility for dynamic business models. We are very excited to join the SAP team and continue to develop upon our vision.

Recognizing communication service providers’ needs for packaged consume-to-cash business process platforms, it became clear that evolving our partnership with SAP will better serve our customers and advance our vision. Highdeal’s expertise and exceptional product capabilities make us a perfect addition to SAP, to support convergent charging and high-volume billing.
