Federal de Electricidad (CFE), Mexico's national
power company, selected Highdeal Transactive as
their billing infrastructure for fiber and powerline
communications services. CFE provides electrical
service to nearly 80 million Mexicans and has
completed deployment of a 22,000 kilometer fiber
optic network across the country, which is now
the second largest in Mexico. The network
leverages PLC technology to deliver wholesale
broadband over powerline (BPL) services to traditional
telecom operators and other service providers.

Ericsson, an international mobile and telecom
systems supplier, integrated Highdeal’s
rating engine and profit assurance tools into
its Multimedia Messaging Service software. Expected
to become the preferred messaging method of mobile
terminal users, MMS is similar in concept to short
message service (SMS), except that MMS transmissions
can contain virtually any media type, including
formatted text, graphics, data, animations, images,
audio clips, voice transmissions and video sequences.
This MMS platform is an end-to-end solution enabling

NRJ is a leading radio
group and media company in France who launched “NRJ mobile” , an MVNO service to
offer 3G services and an Internet Portal from
which music and video clips can be downloaded.
NRJ selected Highdeal for pricing, rating and billing
of services and the capability for handling third
party settlements from content providers. Based
on their strong media brand, NRJ will be offering
both voice and relevant data services such as
music downloads, cinema and mobile gaming services.

OPT-PF (Postal and Telecommunications Office of Polynesia) provides
fixed and mobile services, Internet access, satellite television and
traditional postal services throughout French Polynesia. They are using
Highdeal Transactive® to price and rate their fixed telephony and
satellite services in Tahiti. OPT-PF chose Transactive based of the
business and deployment flexibility offered by the solution. Sofrecom,
who has a long history of working with OPT, performed the end-to-end
integration of the Highdeal solution with the Oracle CRM system, the EAI
system from Webmethods, and their own mediation system.
Orbitel, a Bulgarian next generation telecom operator who is part of the
Deutsche Telekom Group, implemented Highdeal Transactive® for the
pricing, rating and billing of their data
communication services. Highdeal has enabled Orbitel to launch their
voice transit services and to deliver a wide range of advanced
communication services such as IP Centrex, Voice VPN, business trunking,
residential telephony and broadband triple play services. Orbitel is the first competitive telecom provider in Bulgaria following
the fall of the national monopoly in early 2003. The company's vision
for development is based upon a voice and data convergent platform,
matching the growing needs of digital consumers.
SensorLogic, US market leader in providing M2M applications, chose Highdeal for their machine-to-machine
(M2M) service platform. As an emerging market,
M2M providers need to experiment with pricing
models to determine how best to monetize their
M2M assets. With Highdeal, vendors will be able
to bundle applications, airtime, devices, and
other primary and resold services into a compelling

SFR is the second largest mobile operator in France with over 17.9
million subscribers and is owned by Vivendi (56%) and Vodafone (44%).
SFR uses Highdeal Transactive® to manage both their roaming and carrier

visitors roaming onto the SFR mobile network. SFR has hundreds of global
roaming agreements generating hundreds of millions of calls each year,

billing system.
Videotron, provider of cable television and telephony,
as well as interactive multimedia and Internet
services to 3.3 million customers in Canada, integrated
Highdeal Transactive into their existing BSS/OSS
architecture initially for the launch of their
new MVNO offering. Andre Gascon, Videotron's VP

Videotron continues to deploy new quad-play and

Wana, a Moroccan Telecom operator, formerly known as Maroc Connect
(MCO), was granted a licence for next generation wireline services in
2006 by the National Telecom Authority of Morocco. With this licence,
they have launched voice, data and Internet services, as well as "local" wireless services. MCO selected Highdeal Transactive® as the pricing,
rating and billing platform for their next generation services. The
implementation of Transactive was done by BULL.
Wataniya Telecom, Kuwaiti mobile operator, with operations in Kuwait,
Iraq, Tunisia and Algeria and over 3 million customers, has built its
success on a customer focused strategy. The company provides a wide
range of leading edge wireless voice and data services delivered with
high quality and designed to meet customer requirements. Wataniya Telecom and Nokia signed an agreement for the implementation of
advanced technologies that will enhance Wataniya's network and take the
operator 'beyond 3G'. Nokia is deploying the Online Service Controller
(OSC) product which will include Highdeal Transactive® and enable
Wataniya to provide advanced mobile services such as Push-to-Talk, video
calls and video sharing to their subscribers.
Wateen is one of the largest foreign investors in Pakistan and is part
of Warid Telecom, a GSM operator belonging to the Abu Dhabi Group.
Building on their parallel deployments of fiber optic backbones and VSAT
(satellite) communications, they are deploying what is believed to be
the largest WiMAX network for fixed broadband access in the world.
Wateen is using Motorola managed services solutions for broadband access
and the IMS core including residential and IPCentrex VoIP. Future
services planned include IPTV, VOD and the white-labelling of Wateen
services under a VNO model.
