High Deal : network pricing.
An arrangement (not legally binding) between a support group and the supported party that specifies the level of service to be provided. For example, a service-level agreement may specify that calls must be responded to in under two hours, and trouble tickets solved in under seven hours. Systems integrator. A term for a consultancy company that will perform hands-on programming and implementation services.

Modules or suites of applications that are designed to operate by themselves and link to external applications. The opposite of enterprise-wide. The creation of a customer invoice shortly after a transaction completes. May be used for certain high value transactions, or when a service is provided for a relatively short period (for example, the duration of a conference).
