CRM vendors could be in acquisitive
frame of mind

The anticipated
increased focus by billing vendors on Billing/CRM integration
in the next 12-18 months looks like it might be reciprocated
by CRM vendors. A couple of larger CRM vendors are understood
to be exploring the option of acquiring a billing vendor.
