Triple-Play converges over IP

IPlay3,
a consortium offering a complete end-to-end triple play solution
for the broadband service provider which launched in the US
in May, is now targeting broadband service providers and the
burgeoning Video over DSL market in Europe. IPlay3 has been
formed by companies spun-out of France Télécom,
namely billing vendor Highdeal, voice-over-IP
systems provider Netcentrex, and MPEG-4.10
broadcast and streaming solution provider Envivio.
