In September 2006, the Yankee Group
released a report analyzing the combined deals for billing,
customer care and mediation between April 2005 and March 2006.
The report ranks Highdeal in joint first place for the number
of customer billing deals for the year the report reviews.
Highdeal is ranked joint second for the overall number of
billing deals, including both customer and interconnect billing,
during this same period. According to the report, the top
four vendors which include Highdeal account for more than
a quarter of all deals announced between April 2005 and March
2006.
The report confirms Highdeal as the
world’s leading provider of pricing and rating. The
Yankee Group notes that Highdeal has “found its niche
in this highly competitive market,” “sticks to
what it does best: rating and pricing,” and that “the
company has demonstrated excellent growth.”
