Taps Highdeal

Cable MSO Videotron, which recently
launched an MVNO wireless offering in Canada, has selected
Highdeal to provide its billing infrastructure.
Videotron will use the Highdeal Transactive
billing infrastructure for its service offering, including
Videotron's recent wireless rollout as an MVNO. Transactive
billing gives Videotron a way to price and package quad-play
services while still being able to leverage legacy billing
and OSS systems, Videotron explains.
The cable company launched the MVNO
service last month in an effort to make the company a quad-service
provider.
In addition to its recently launched
wireless services, Videotron offers cable television and telephony,
interactive multimedia and Internet services.
