On
21 May 2007, The TeleManagement Forum rolled out the red carpet
for its inaugural Excellence Awards at the Palais de la Méditerranée
in Nice , France… With eight awards and more than 100 entrants
the awards gala dinner was buzzing with excitement. Those
companies that had been selected as finalists waited with
bated breath for the host, British comedian Tony Hawks, to
reveal the winners.
