Thanks to its OEM and solutions strategy, Highdeal asserts its leadership of the rating market and enables service providers to price their new mobile and broadband services.

According to IDC, the rating market is growing 17% per annum through 2007.

Paris –   11 th of June 2004   — Highdeal, the leading provider of pricing, charging and rating solutions for online and mobile services , confirms its strategy centered on strong technical partnerships in order to provide integrated solutions and thus strengthens its leading position in the rating market.

This strategy is being rolled out in the following two ways:
•  OEM agreements with leading network equipment providers.

To increase ARPU mobile operators need to get customers to make the move to mobile data services such as MMS, M2M, Push to Talk or Internet Browsing. Recognizing this need, major network equipment providers (NEPs) have signed OEM agreements for Highdeal Transactive ® . The solution offers unparalleled pricing flexibility for both customer pricing and partner settlement, and ensures continuous real-time operation combined with high-performance . The first partnership signed in May 2002 for the MMS platform of a NEP has led to over 50 implementations in mobile operators in 20 countries and confirms Highdeal leadership mobile data rating.

•  Integrated solutions for the business and residential broadband market.

Highdeal continues to reinforce its technical partnerships in order to offer integrated solutions. This was initiated in the beginning of the year with a Revenue Assurance solution launched with Steleus and Sun Microsystems.

Further proof of this strategy is the participation of Highdeal in the IPlay3 consortium that offers Triple Play services for the US residential market. With NetCentrex™ , the leading enabler of converged voice-video-data networks and next-generation services and Envivio , a leading provider of MPEG-4 and H.264 broadcast and streaming solutions, Highdeal   targets IP service providers who wish to move towards new voice and video services on top of traditional high speed internet bandwidth.

Another successful solution is an integrated platform that combines the NetCentrex MyCall ® residential IP communications solution and the Highdeal Transactive pricing, rating, settlement and billing system. It allows operators to rapidly get to market with attractively priced bundles of IP services.  

Highdeal has also recently announced a new alliance with Connectiva Systems, a leading provider of revenue assurance and adaptive integration software to address a range of critical business processes.

These solution partnerships have already led to a number of new contracts in the United States, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
