Cypress Communications chooses
Highdeal’s pricing, rating & billing solution

solutions, has selected Highdeal Transactive® for their end-to-end
suite of fully managed voice, data and Internet solutions.
Cypress plans to use the Highdeal Transactive solution to help
them accelerate their deployment of new, fully managed services
targeted at small and medium businesses. Transactive will enable
Cypress to quickly modify the pricing, rating and billing structure
of their Voice over IP and other communication offerings without
additional IT development. As part of their selection criteria,
Cypress documented a dozen challenging customer scenarios, including
detailed price plans. Highdeal was able to demonstrate all of
the scenarios, fully implemented, and did so within a matter
