Highdeal achieves profitability
in 2005
Strong revenue growth gives market leader
a bumper year

and Paris – February 14, 2006 - Highdeal, the
world’s leading provider of pricing and rating solutions,
today announced that the company achieved its first complete
year of profitability in 2005.
Highdeal now has over 150 implementations
in more than 40 countries,
supporting a range of new and emerging services such as VoIP,
triple and quadruple play, MVNO, on-demand and M2M.
Highdeal’s continued success and 20-fold growth was also
recently acknowledged by the Deloitte Technology Awards 2005
in which Highdeal was awarded 4th place in Deloitte’s France
Fast 50 Awards and 33rd place in the Fast 500 Europe awards.
In 2005, Highdeal signed 30 new customers including 17 broadband
services providers such as AOL Germany, AOL France and Parla.it.
The company also signed six new mobile services customers
with leading MVNOs such as NRJ Mobile as well as customers
with
Business IP requirements such as Altitude Telecom and B3G
Telecom. Other significant customers in 2005 included Sensorlogic
and
Afone, four new references in the cable space and two customers
with on-demand services requirements.
As well as success in Europe, Highdeal has significantly strengthened
its presence in the US where the company grew by 85 per cent
in the last year with major signings including Cypress Communications.
Highdeal also has a strong portfolio in Eastern Europe and the
Middle East Africa with 10 customers in the region including
Portus (Croatia) and Jordan Telecom (Jordan).

Highdeal is well placed to build
on the success of 2005. During the year, Highdeal introduced
capabilities aligned with the 3GPP
Online Charging System Standards which helps operators to generate
revenues from new IMS-based multimedia services such as instant
messaging, IPTV and VoIP. Highdeal has also successfully completed
interoperability testing of the Highdeal Transactive® pricing,
rating and billing solution with the Motorola IP Multimedia Subsystem
(IMS).
