to make IP Telephony a reality with Jordan Telecom
Middle East operator, Jordan Telecom, deploys
Double Play communications services powered by Highdeal and integrated
by e-dimension

its collaboration with e-dimension, Jordan’s leading
IT services company, for the deployment of Highdeal Transactive® for
the Middle East leading operator, Jordan Telecom. The solution
supports the rollout of Jordan Telecom’s much anticipated
Livebox® Double Play - Internet and IP Telephony - communications
service, made available to consumers throughout Jordan.
Jordan Telecom’s double play service
is available through Wanadoo’s ADSL Internet subscription,
but will soon be made available through other ADSL ISPs. Jordan
Telecom’s new Livebox service is delivered over ADSL and
next generation IP-based networks. The service includes rich
features such as unlimited, on-net calls, and competitive tariffs
for off-net local, national, fixed–to-mobile and international
calls. It also includes a number of supplementary services such
as e-billing and web-based customer care and helplines.

voice over internet protocol services consolidates Jordan Telecom’s

Highdeal Transactive combined with Netcentrex
MyCall® Residential Communications Solution, enables Jordan
Telecom to benefit from easy configuration management and service
provisioning as well as a flexible add-on rating engine with
open API’s. This enables innovative price offerings and
bundles while ensuring seamless integration to existing systems.
To launch the service, Jordan Telecom required
a flexible pricing and rating engine that would enable the creation
of versatile price plans. It also required a solution with the
ability to rapidly deploy offers in line with market demands,
while also having the flexibility to accommodate future offers
built into the product portfolio. Highdeal Transactive’s® robust
software suite easily met these requirements enabling the delivery
of advanced, complex tariff structures.
