implements Highdeal Pricing, Rating and Billing for voice
and data services

today announces that Orbitel,
a next generation telecommunications provider in Bulgaria,
has implemented Highdeal's awarding winning Highdeal Transactive®
for the pricing, rating and billing of Orbitel's portfolio of data communication services.

was deployed to handle large volumes of transactions
from Orbitel's postpaid data customers throughout Bulgaria
. The Bulgarian provider also has plans to implement Highdeal
Transactive to handle their prepaid and postpaid telephony
customers in the future.
