Highdeal accelerated global expansion of partner community, announced new product release, and celebrated continued industry recognition during the 2008.

Last year, a major global IT solutions supplier selected Highdeal Transactive® as their billing platform for its SaaS online collaboration offering.  Highdeal also publicly announced customer wins and deployments with telecommunication players such as the Orange Niger (converged prepaid & postpaid triple play services), Carrefour Group (mobile phone services), SkyTerra (mobile satellite communications services), OnAir (provider of in-flight Internet and mobile telephony for airline companies), and Numerex (provider of M2M & Telematics solutions).

Highdeal expanded its partner community into new countries, such as Mexico, Brazil, Poland, Croatia, the Philippines, and Singapore, and focused on working with new and existing partners to build end-to-end solutions based on best-of-breed technology and deliver joint superior customer value. As a strategic move, Highdeal partnered with jNetX to build and deliver a pre-integrated online charging solution for mobile operators.  The joint solution enables operators to lower Total Cost of Ownership by combining real-time charging with the pricing flexibility needed to rapidly deploy innovative services, bundles, and promotions. In 2009, Highdeal plans to continue developing strategic partnerships with worldwide leaders in Network Equipment, BSS and CRM applications, Service Delivery and mediations, etc…

Highdeal introduced a major release in October 2008 of its award-winning product suite, Highdeal Transactive®. The release offers advanced support for convergent charging, unifying online rating and balance management with offline billing processes in an easy-to-deploy and easy-to-manage solution with exceptionally low TCO. Integration with legacy systems and partner solutions is simplified through enhanced support for industry standard SOA integration and 3GPP Diameter-based charging.

For the third year in a row Highdeal Transactive® was also recognized by the World BSS Awards. Highdeal won the Innovation in Billing & Information Management Award. Additionally, the company was awarded a 2008 Product of the Year award by Internet Telephony and was named one of the Best Billing Providers at the Mobile Advertising and Marketing Awards.
