Consulting
The Highdeal PSO team offers a comprehensive consulting service which includes business, functional and technical consulting to help customers successfully implement their business models. Offering expertise and experience, the Highdeal PSO team ensures that the most efficient architecture is deployed while helping define and design the most appropriate pricing models. The objective is to equip customers with the expertise to generate maximum profitability from new value-based business models.

Integration
The Highdeal PSO team assures the fastest integration, managing projects through each step including configuration, installation, testing and acceptance. As the integration process is crucial to the success of any project, PSO places great importance on maintaining a privileged contact for its customers with a single team member to maintain service continuity. Their task is facilitated as Highdeal Transactive features open technology, reducing the cost and length of the integration process. Transactive integrates easily with a wide range of service applications and systems such as mediation, CRM, provisioning, EAI and ERP systems.

Training
Highdeal offers a complete set of training modules designed to assist customers to implement and use Transactive to its maximum potential. Dedicated training modules are targeted to specific customer needs which can range from functional training such as learning how to introduce price plans, to more in depth technical and integration training for systems administrators and project engineers. Highdeal also offers customized training sessions based on specific projects upon request.
